In the event that your order does not work out as expected, have no fear. We are here to help make this process as smooth as possible. Here are some things to keep in mind:
-Returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order
-All items purchased on Sale are final sale and will not be accepted as a return.
- International orders are not eligible for returns.
-Items being returned must be in the same, new condition that they were received, with all tags attached. Items must not be worn or washed.
-Hanora Fashion strives to provide quality items to its customers. If you believe you have received a defected item, please contact us and we will surely resolve the issue.
- A refund will be issued to the customer upon receiving the item and an email will be sent once we've issued the refund.
-Refunds will be issued 1-5 days after receiving and processing the return.
-We do not offer exchanges.
-The customer must pay to have the item shipped back to us, using whichever carrier they choose (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL ,etc).
